The easiest and most likely way to fix this is to uninstall both bitcoin-qt and armory, then reinstall what you know to be the latest versions of each (64 bit armory) Don’t worry about loosing either the blockchain download, or your wallet.dat file, they are held in completely different directories than the main programs.
